[ExchangeList] Cross Administrative Group Public Folder Migration

Hi,
We have Exchange 2003 Organization - Native Mode. We are planning to
consolidate some of our Administrative Groups and hence Public Folder
Replication/Migration comes into picture.
We have more than 50, 000 Public Folders. We wanted to get rid of some
Public Folders which are not being used; hence we need to get a
confirmation from the Owners of those Public Folders before deleting. Is
there a way to get these details, instead of checking each and every
folder for this information which will be tedious task.
Any help is highly appreciated.
