Yes you can do it through Active directory Users and Computers. Select the distribution group, go to properties and select Hide from address book. -----Original Message----- From: Christian Kurmann Sent: Thu 2/14/2002 1:00 PM To: [ExchangeList] Cc: Subject: [exchangelist] Creating hidden Distribution groups http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi all. I'm using Exchange2000 with SP2 in an all W2K domain I would like to have certain email adresses hidden from the global Adress list. Is there anyway of doing this. We have several Distribution groups that are only for a few special mails, and these are clustering up out global adress list that you get in Outlook if your connected to an exchange server, wenn you write a new mail and click on the "To..." button. Can anyone help me on this?
