According to Microsoft all you need to do is run setup from the
enterprise CD.  I would make sure that you have a solid backup in place
just in case.  I did it on a non-production Exchange 2000 standard
server and had no issues.  If you are thinking about applying Exchange
SP2 I would do that after you run the Enterprise installation.

        What would be the correct procedure to upgrade Exchange 2000
Standard to Enterprise since there is no true Upgrade?  Any help is
