Not sure the answer to your first part, but if you want emails to go to two or more users, you can do this a couple of ways. 1. Create a mailbox and add the new mailbox to each profile. 2 Go into Delivery Options, Forward to, Mailbox and have it go to both mailboxes. I have a user who, when he sends mail, wishes to automatically copy the message to another using without having to add cc: address in all the time. AND any messages coming into that user are also copied to this other user. Can anyone advise if this possible and guidance on how ?
