I have users that when they start a new email message and hit the to
button, and then click the drop down for "show addresses from" contacts
is not an option.  I don't believe that I have seen this before.  It's
exchange 2003 recently migrated from 5.5, and outlook 2002.  Is this an
obvious one that I should have known?
