I hope you have solve this. My guess only, may be you have not configured
your Exchange Server to do the relay.

Dear all, 

        We use Exchange5.5 SP4 NT4.0 OS, our user only can use Outlook
send and receive email, but they cannot use Outlook Express. I have try to
use telnet command connect to Exchange server, it prompt me that
"connection limit reached".
        Does anyone have experienced this problem or have some idea to me?
