Company wide reply address

I want to be able to setup a global "reply address" for all my users on my
Exchange server, such that a message sent by individuals at my company
appears to come from "sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" and anyone replying to that
messge will reply to "sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxx".
I have played with the SMTP addressing locally but cannot get it to work
as I want. I wondered if the SMTP connector needed to send the messege out
via the connector for it to work correctly. The SMTP connector will not go
online for a couple of weeks.
Any help here would be appreciated
