Clustered Exchange give Access Deny for OWA

Dear All
 
I have configured two nodes Active/Passive Cluster Exchange servers.I install 
windows (2003+Sp1) Ent. on both servers and Exchange(2003+Sp1) Ent.
 
- ClustSrv --> Virtual Cluster Name -->192.168.100.1
- ExchV --> Virtual Exchange Server Name-->192.168.100.2
- Node1 --> Exchange Server node1-->192.168.100.3
- Node2 -->Exchange Server node2 -->192.168.100.4
 
All clustered tests (Windows Cluster and Exchange Cluster) were done 
successfully(Failover, send and receive using POP3,IMAP4,MAPI Clients) only 
when i test the OWA it give me access deny.(using administrator account)
 
I test it from one of the node browser from domain controller and also from the 
ESM HTTP Virtual Server (write click then browse HTTP Virtual Server ) it ask 
me for user name and password and after three times it gave me Access Deny (i 
use administrator account as Exchange and Windows Cluster 
Installation/Configuration).
 
No FE server and no firewall installed yet,All Exchange Cluster resources are 
on (Exch System.Attendant ,MAT,HTTP Virtual Server Instance POP3 ,......)
 Can any body advise
