Close MS Exchange2000 Services

I need a batch file which closes all the required MSE and other services
so I can perform a full MS Exchange2000 backup with CA Backup. I am not a
Win2000 tech but can execute batch files etc.
If there is another which would restart these services, it would stop me
having to reboot the server and restart that way.
I have MS Exchange2000 on my W2000 DC server
