Sorry, forgot to mention the filename! but at least you found it.
 
Microsoft also commented in a very broad sense that this hotfix that fixes this 
problem should be included in the next Service Pack for Windows Server 2003.

        I had the same issue.

        You have to actually contact Microsoft to get the hotfix, but instead I 
located the ASP file inside the IISADMPWD directory and modified it to not 
display the username at all.

        When i press "change password"  from OWA from options menu.  Internet 
Service Manager pops up and in Account information first letter of the user 
will be missing. I have to enter the first letter manualy and then change.. Any 
solutions??
