Hi Praveen,
I had the same issue.
Here's the KB Article for it;en-us;833734
You have to actually contact Microsoft to get the hotfix, but instead I located 
the ASP file inside the IISADMPWD directory and modified it to not display the 
username at all.

When i press "change password"  from OWA from options menu.  Internet Service 
Manager pops up and in Account information first letter of the user will be 
missing. I have to enter the first letter manualy and then change.. Any
