Blast shields up, admonishment below.

The administrator account should never be used except for emergency, and
should be a never changing un-expiring 15 character alpha-numeric-special
password.

If you change the password without the help of a 3rd party app, you are
likely to face humongous problems because if they are forcing you to change
it, that means it is commonly used and everything is probably installed with
it.
