Change password in OWA REPOST!!!!

Can any one help me with setting up the change password feature in OWA
on a cluster? I'm running Exchange 2000 on a Windows 2000 Cluster. When
I click on the "change password" button under options in OWA, I get "The
page can not be displayed". I have installed the certificate services
and created the Iisadmpwd sub-directory in IIS under exchange virtual
server. Still no luck... Please help.
