Change of email domain

Hi all,
We are in the process of changing our email domain name...not Active
Directory. Our existing email is myfirst.mylast@xxxxxxxxxxxxx we want
this changed to myfirst.mylast@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx What is the best way to
proceed so that all my users have the new email address...can I use
recipient policies or do I have to manually create an new SMTP address for
each individual account, very time consuming!
