I would strongly recommend you do not chance the name of an Exchange server
once it is up and running, you will open yourself to all sorts of problems.

  Do you know if it's possible to change the computername in a exchange
server 2000? I changed this in a server and it has stopped working. How can
I do That? I can change all the information in the registry containing the
old servername to the new servername? Could it work?
