This is an issue with her Outlook (I'm assuming she's using Outlook) and may
clear itself up in short order (provided you make all the appropriate
changes in AD). Someone posted a nearly identical question to this list
about one week ago (maybe 10 days) and a couple suggestions were put forth,
but the next day the OP sent in saying Outlook had seemed to correct itself.
Maybe a machine reboot was the actual catalyst or something, not sure.

If she sends an email to herself, then double-clicks her own email address
in either the To: or From: slot she may be able to edit the display
properties and get it to change immediately that way.

Subject: [exchangelist] Change User Name

We just had an employee get married, she would like her Email name changed.
I went into AD users and computers, made adjustments to everywhere it showed
her old name. Her outgoing email is still showing her old name on the
recipients inbox, the new email address is there. But the old Name is still
showing up. For example "Joe Blow" (jdoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) should show, "Joe
Doe" (jdoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Thanks
