Can't send mail

Hello!. I have two Exchange Server 5.0 running on NT 4.0. They are connected
through a DRAS Connector. Everything was working fine until I have to
reinstall the NT and Exchange in one of them (the one that makes the
call). Now, if there's nothing to send, I can receive email. But when
there's something to send, it doesn't come through and I can't receive
either.
Can anyone help me please?
