Can't Install Exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows 2003 SBS

Hi!
I have a quite difficult problem, we want to install the Exchange 2003 SP1
on a Windows 2003 SBS, where Exchange 2003 was installed on E-Drive and
not on C-Drive.
Everytime we try to install Exchange SP1 we got the error message, that
SP1 Wizzard can't find the Exchange Installation!
How can we solve this issue? it can't be a problem that exchange wasn't
installed on C-Drive or not?`
