hi Thanks for getting back to my mail.
This is the thing is happening.
They can open word doc, not excel.
When we click on excel attachment it prompt to put the password again. afte
putting the password it will try to save the excel. When we try to eopn the
same one we are getting error messages as follows: It is already open. If I
click ok, nothing on the sheet. I try to close, i cannot quit. I have to end
using task manager.
but If you are in the office no problem to open these attachments,

Check the Exchange virus software if it is running. You may need to stop those and restart the store.

Hi i try to open attachments using outlook web access. Recenlty we instaslled latest updates on the server. After that no one can open the attachment. what is the reason no one can open any attachment.what i need to do to open these docs
