Check the Exchange virus software if it is running. You may need to stop those
and restart the store.

Hi i try to open attachments using outlook web access. Recenlty we
instaslled latest updates on the server. After that no one can open the
attachment. what is the reason no one can open any attachment.what i need
to do to open these docs
