Can stop emails resolving internally...

I wanted to have guys from my greek office as users on my exchange server,
so they could check emails in Uk whilst visiting. If I create a user and
say his address is mark@xxxxxxx (my domain is mark@xxxxxxxxxxx) the email
server resolves the name mark only, and delivers my mail incorrectly to an
internal account, (It only seems to look at the "mark" bit not the domain
address) I would like to set up my system to send to this user locally and
externally (xxxx.gr) but messages never seem to leave the system, all are
resolved locally.
Any help would be appreciated
