presumably you're using SBS because you have a small number of users?? the problem are the connections to your other domains (you say sites)- or are they peer to peer or stand-alone users? or SBS networks? Perhaps you have configured all these other users to be (local) domain members? perhaps you can get them to use pop3 to collect their mails? permit pop3 on your incoming side, after you install ISA and give the relevant users the permissions. regards Peter ----- Original Message ----- From: Sajan Jose To: [ExchangeList] Sent: Friday, October 11, 2002 10:24 PM Subject: [exchangelist] Can not send mails http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi List, We have our head office at Riyadh. Most of our staff are working at different sites. Our corperate mail server is located at US. We all have POP3 account for mail downloading. I am using Small Busines Server 2000 in Head office. I installed only Windows 2000 server and Exchange 2000 server. I am planning to use Mail Essential to down load the mails. Our email address is like username@xxxxxxxxxxx . In my Windows 2000 server also I am using the same company.com as the domain name. Now I can send mails to all internal users and external address like Yahoo or Hotmail. But I can not send mails to peoples working in the sites. All the mails sends to users who are not local to company.com is returning. I would really appreciate any help Regards Sajan Jose ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: petermags@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
