Although I don't have any experience with products other than Backup
Exec, I would agree that since version 8.0, BE is an excellent product.
What really swings it for me though is the Veritas knowledge base which
is comparable to MS in its comprehensiveness. Any problem I have had
with BE I have always been able to resolve through a search on their
website.
