Hi

And you have selected the IP address, and made sure that neither are set
to "All Unassigned", stop the Secure POP3 VS and then see if you can
start the Unsecured POP3 VS

Hi Mark!
I have two POP3 Virtual Servers:
One for non-secure POP3: port 110, IP: 10.10.4.1
Second for secure POP3: port 995, IP:10.10.4.1 

Non-secure Virtual Server can start/stop without any problem. But secure
POP3 cannot be more startet if you stopped it.
