Bridge-head servers?  Do you mean RGC's ?  If so, yes.  You just need to
create three sites and put one of the servers in each one.  I assume (that's
a big assumption of course) that you want to do this to control the
transmission.  That's what a routing group connector is for.  

You'll find the information about how to configure the RGC's in the help
file(s) and on http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/library
