Bogus e-mail messages

We get messages like the following. Any idea what to make of it? Should I be
concerned?
They are obviously bogus addressees, Subject lines and content.

Subject: Hey Bubba.... ::mq;hn9on8fo{xBxpi
Hey Bubba,
I lost your phone number.....
email it to me wouldja??
