I use Sybari Antigen which I have found to the best AV product for exchange
this also gives you the ability to block attachments by extension.

We have Exchange 5.5 , exchange 2000 in our organization. For blocking
harmful attachments
We have loaded outlook security patch with office SR1in clientside.
Is there any way to block attachment from the server. If it is possible pl
inform me where to configure that. Anyone can help me on this
