Block email for the deleted account

I have an MS Exchange Server 5.5 with about 50 users. Some of the
users/employees are no longer working with our company. I have deleted the
user account on the Win NT 4.0 server and also from the mailbox on the
Exchange server.

I still keep getting lot  of mails for these people. I am looking to block
these mail as the user account does not exist, it keeps getting forwarded
to the admin account.

Please send me any info on this.
