No personal experience, but two of my friends are using them at work,
and they are impressed overall.

Two others to compare: (Fortigate series) and (Depending on how many users you have).

I have had personal experience with the Fortigate's and Postini. Both
are great overall, but Postini becomes your MX, so they handle all the
SMTP traffic for your domain. By default each user has their own
web-based Message Centre (hosted by Postini) to review quarantined
email based on the levels they set (or the Administrator), as well as
all viruses blocked. They either Remove or Deliver the emails. They
can also create their own approved senders list and blocked senders
list. These can all be set globally by the admin as well.

Hope this helps a bit.
