Is her username and password the same when she logs onto the Workgroup for
her Outlook Profile?

No that is not the case. I know this prompt can be disabled.

Take a scenario:

A new machine is setup (Outlook is installed with CORPORATE or WORKGROUP
option) and Outlook is opened for the first time. It should take the user ID
as e-mail ALias and locate the Exchange Server automatically.

Is it prompting the user what Profile to use when he/she opens Outlook?

Hi,
I have Exchange 5.5 sp4 at Winnt 4.0 sp6a. Outlook 2000 is being used as
client.
User IDs and Mail aliases are same. For example, the e-mail ID of user ABC
is ABC@.abc.com
What I want is that:
Whenver a user logs onto the system and starts outlook, the profile of the
user be created automatically and outlook open up the mailbox of the user.
Operating System on the client machines is Window 98.
I know this can be done and don't know how to do so.

Best Regards,
Chand Deshwal
