Otherwise, in AD users, right click on the primary user and choose properties. Choose "Exchange General" and then choose delivery options. In there you can specify the forwarding address. However, you need to go into the Exchange manager and under global settings, choose Internet Message Formats, choose "default" or whatever the name is, right click, properties, and under the advanced tab you will need to select the tick box "allow automatic forward", this is not turned on by default in 2003, not sure about 2000, cant remember.
