Katie,
Autoaccept agent works great. We are using it here and the users love
it. The only thing I changed in the XML file was to limit the calendar
length to 6 months, and to allow recurring meetings. (By default the
length is 12 months and recurring meeting are not allowed.) My users
have weekly/monthly meetings that they leave as recurring for their
departments, however, for sake of space and bandwidth (if it even makes
that much of a difference) I shortened the length of time that the users
can see on a resource to 6 months just in case it would have made their
systems lag....

Maybe my only choice is the Auto Accept Agent? Has
anyone used this with regular user mailboxes. If so
any workarounds or caveats to be aware of? Anything
you'd recommend changing in the the configuration xml
file?
