Yes, we have done a lot with AutoAccept here, and one thing we learned from
MS is that UNLESS you book in the Resource
field, the Autoaccept does not work if that user does not have a client up.
In other words, if you check the Autoaccept
for a person, and they have a client running, it will work, but if they are
gone and their client is down, it just sits in their inbox.
SO for rooms and other resources that do not typically have a client, you
can 'Direct Book' but you must do so in the Resource field.

Hi, I have a mailbox that I want it to auto accept meetings. If I go to
options, calendar options, resource scheduling and check the box to auto
accept.
However, when I schedule a meeting and invite this mailbox, it gets the
email but will not auto accept it.
any ideas.
