This way I think will done for one time only, am searching for way to
make it usually such as weekly sheets which not changes,

In outlook, while writing an e-mail, click 'Options' and there's an
option which says 'Do Not Deliver Before' and you can choose the date
and time.
I never really tested it, but I believe Outlook must be running at the
time you set it to send out, otherwise it won't send.
