[ExchangeList] Anyone use mailmig.exe?

I have a situation where I have to move a small number of mailboxes that
are housed on a different Exchange server (org) within our campus. I
had planned to just use exmerge, but found mailmig.exe which appears to
be able to move inra or inter-org. As I've never used this I just
wondered if it's considered to be a viable/preferred program for moving
mailboxes.
