However, that will prevent them from seeing the complete GAL. Exchange always returns the largest GAL to Outlook as the default. -----Original Message----- From: rubix cube [mailto:rubixc@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, December 01, 2004 6:36 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Adress book http://www.MSExchange.org/ Is there a way to seperate the address books of each group of users and set thier email client (Outlook 2003, Outlook 2000, OWA) to have the default address list to be the address list set for that group. For example Marketing have thier default address list to be members in the marketing group but if they drop down the address book they can see the other lists. or the GAL different for each group? thx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: michael@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
