The icons in ADUC are grayed out, and right-clicking on the user's folder doesn't produce a "new" option in the context menu. She used to have the ability and then it suddenly disappeared. She is in the same groups as the other techs and they do not have the issue when they log into her PC. She appears to have the issue regard of the PC. Any ideas as to what changed or where to look?
