At first she didn't have the issue on other machines, now she does...

Other things I would check also, does she have this problem on another
machine?  If not the it would suggest to me that it could be a corrupt
profile.

Make sure the account is not locked out or password expired, more than
likely a permissions\security issue.

Greetings,

 

I have a tech who is in the administrators group and she can't add users
to the domain. The icons in ADUC are grayed out, and right-clicking on
the user's folder doesn't produce a "new" option in the context menu.
She used to have the ability and then it suddenly disappeared. She is in
the same groups as the other techs and they do not have the issue when
they log into her PC. She appears to have the issue regard of the PC. 

 

Any ideas as to what changed or where to look?
