You can try this: Open Microsoft Exchange Administrator --> [Site name] --> Configuration --> Servers --> [Server name]. Open Properties of [Server name] --> IS Maintenance. The time to maintain IS is the time to send the users alarms. If you want to send alarms per 24h, you can choose to maintain IS only 15' each day from 11.00 AM to 11.15AM. Hope this help. I have a problem with my Exchange 5.5 server on some mailboxes. Due to the room on the server I limited the exchange folder size to 500Mo for each user. When a user goes over the 300 Mb he gets a message from administrator, that's ok, but he gets it every 15 minutes... Is there a way to configure the server to send those messages every 24h per example ;-) (sri for my bad English) François SCHREIBER ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: hanh.evnit@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
