[ExchangeList] Address Book merging

Dear All,

   i have two different exchange server, both are in different network one is exchange 2003 and another is exchange 2007.
  Now i want to have the each server address book in the other one. i.e I should have the address book of exchange 2003 into exchange 2007.  Kindly suggest me the best possible solution for this.
