Adding additional email address' on account creation

Hi,
Wonder if someone can help. I've got a child domain
that sits under the parent domain (with the exchange
server in it). I added a recipient policy in order to
give accounts with email address' in the child domain
the correct address. I now have
<alias>@childdomain.name which is great. However I'd
like to add other address formats as default without
having to manually add them per account. For example
I'd like to add: <User logon name>@childdomain.name.
Do I add this to the recipient policy? And if so,
whats the method and syntax?
