OWA is not an option as OWA is not enabled in their enterprise. They were
previously using GroupWise.

Can't you simply add another email address to your Active Directory accounts or
make yourselves part of a group? I think this will only work for Exchange 2000,
and may not be viable for your situation (still have to log into a single
Exchange server).

Another thought is Outlook Web Access. You were already using web access to
view their mails, this doesn't have to change now that they've moved to
Exchange.

Sure there is. If you are using outlook xp, you can right click on the
outlook icon on your desktop and click on properties. Now, click on show
profiles. In there, select the option for ask for which profile to use.

This can also be done with outlook 2000, but it is on the tool / options /
mail services tab within outlook.

Hi -

Having a bit of a problem. We use exchange in our office with outlook. A
company that we work with is switching from groupwise to exchange. In the
past we used group wise web access to view emails that came in to us through
this company. Now that they're using Exchange / Outlook, they discontinued
web-based access and require all users to use Outlook.

This creates a bit of a problem for us, as Outlook only allows one Exchange
server account. The other company is quite large and isn't that interested
in accommodating us by forwarding emails, etc. Basically, assimilate or
perish.

We need access to this account. Is there any way to add another exchange
account to Outlook? Or can we set up our exchange server to pull the account
from their servers and forward all contents to a public folder or specific
account?

Thanks for the help in advance!

-Josh
