Account Manager Issue

Hi I am having a problem to deliver all mail messages of pst folder in
outlook 2003 with exchange server. What i did i backup pst folder from
windows 98. Then I create a folder like email and configured outlook 2003
in windows XP.
I am tying to deliver new email to this folder i am getting this error
message. It never happened to me
This is the error message:
The Personnel Folder file(.pst) you selected does not match the format of
your offline folder file (.ost) To correct this, select a personnel
folders file that supports unicode of disable the the use of offline
folders
