yes, normally this depends on the version of your outlook.
if you sending massmail, newer versions of outlook (>2000 sp1)
ask you every mail if it should be send.
if you have a version <2000 sp1 everything will work.
sample: you can make a excel list with names
and a word document and merge them to send with outlook

I need to send email to a group of people to remind them on the policy
expiry.The body of the email message will be the same. There will be
different group of people each month. Can this be done using Exchange
server.
