Brandon

The only free solutions that I know of is creating an SMTP Event Sink,
to perform this for you, take a look at msdn and the Exchange 2000 SDK
for more information about Event Sinks, for the amount of time and
effort that it would take to create an Event Sink I personally would
recommend seeking a third party solutions most of them are very
reasonably priced.

Try, www.policypatrol.com or www.exclaimer2000.com

I know this has been asked a million times, so please accept my
pre-appology.

Are there any free disclaimer software pieces for Exchange 2000?
