Title: 2003 RUS not stamping..ugh
None of them are stamping? Which policy are you trying to get
stamped the default or custom? From:

Behalf Of Arnold, Jamie I have 2 policies. One for the default and one that only
matches one userid in the entire org. Mine. I’m not getting an error. I get normal messages stating that
the RUS found changes, etc. When a new mailbox is created, it shows the RUS
finding it, but it never gets stamped. 8011 8012 and 8129 messages only. From:

Behalf Of James Chong How many RUS policies do you have? If you have more than one;
remember its based on first match and further policies are not processed. Also
after enabling diagnostic logging; can you post the event that you get? You can
also try to re-run domainprep. James From:

Behalf Of Arnold, Jamie Anyone else have any thoughts? Still no workie… From:

Behalf Of Arnold, Jamie Yup…checked all that so far and no, it won’t actually stamp any
new objects or changed objects. I’ve rebooted, I’m currently going
through the msexchangeteam RUS troubleshooting articles (1,2 and 3) to try as
much as I can before calling PSS. From:

Behalf Of James Chong It is not stamping any accounts? Do you see your Exchange
Enterprise Servers in the sec tab of your user? Can you also make sure that this
group lists all your Exchange servers? James From:

Behalf Of Arnold, Jamie 2003, single server, RUS
not stamping. Mailbox shows up in the GAL, but no proxies on the object. Rebuilt the RUS,
turned up logging on all the important bits and it appears that the RUS is
searching and finding changes so I suspect a permissions issue. Any
obvious things? Thanks |
