2 Diff Domain

Dear all 
i have this case 

i have 2 different domain controller for two company like company1.com and 
company2.com
both of them are domain controller and Active Directory 
and also both installed for local exchange 2000 server
i want the people in company1.com to communicate with company2.com by sending 
emails and local MSN
