This is more of an Outlook 2003 question but I've got an XP workstation running
outlook 2003 connecting to an exchange 2007 server. The client gets the
following error message -

""The file C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is in use and could not be accessed. Close
any application that is using the file, and then try again."

I don't find any other application using the .ost
