this is not the QFSDP yet, In contacted Gurmeet yesterday he said it would be
published today.
Note that there is also a fix for Meltdown & Spectre hopefully this one will be
better then the on Redhat pulled….
note there was also an issue with OVM 3.4.4 not sure to which version the patch
upgrades

Exadata Update 18.1.4.0.0 is now generally available.
Exadata 18.1.4.0.0 is a maintenance release that adds critical bugs and
security fixes on top of 18.1.X releases. It contains the following:
Exadata Software fixes for important bugs discovered after 18.1.3.0.0 shipped
in Dec 2017
Critical Linux and Xen security fixes which includes fixes for Spectre
Varaint 1(CVE-2017-5753) and Meltdown (CVE-2017-5754)
