I have downloaded the "history" data from Wells Fargo and PayPal and amgetting
a listing together of paid membership that can be identified.
The root issue is that cash and check payments made a the meetings are lumped
together as a "DEPOSIT" with no names attached.
Any such records are still with Dave and I will contact him today( I think he
is still on this board list) to see when they can bemade available.

I am willing to help on that. As I see it the best way would be to go through
club receipts for the last couple of months of 2015 just in case someone paid
or joined early. Put those plus anything that was paid in 2016 into the latest
spreadsheet that anyone downloaded.
If Dave's computer crashed do we have current financial records?

The Membership “List” is a database (readable as a spreadsheet) which “was”
maintained on the website….I say “was” because it is my understanding that Dave
Shiel had not been keeping that one up to date…. Not sure on that.I had
“heard” that Marty copied the data off to a local spreadsheet, and gave that to
Dave Shiel for his use (and hopefully updating).But then, I have also “heard”
that Dave Shiel has been having computer problems….
The database is still there on the up. Unknown when last updated.I can be
downloaded by a couple of authorized members, myself included. I can access it
for info for the AL membership information.
Marty….. Can you give us an “update” on any or all of this ??I would have
thought that Dave Shiel would have given the new treasurer an updated list ???
