No, the only way you can edit them is by clicking on Options in the bottom
left hand corner and then unticking the box for Multiple Choice as these
questions tend to take up a lot of space.
There are other ways which don't require you to use the Test option at all.
Go to Print (... -> Print), then select Table. After printing the PDF,
simply cut off the words ("terms"). Another way is to export the contents
(also under "...") into Word and then just create your own test.
